Using Our Continuous Payment Authority

Setting up recurring payments

By purchasing a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) subscription you acknowledge that this has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods for an indefinite time until cancelled by you or us. The initial payment will be deducted from your specified account, we will then deduct subsequent payments as indicated in your notification communication (Annually). Where the collection due date is not a business day, we will make the collection on the next business day.

Recurring payments will be made via your chosen credit or debit card by way of a secure 3rd party payment system – Stripe. We will not hold or record your financial data.

Cancelling your recurring payments

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date. To do so, please contact our customer care team via the various methods detailed on our contact page. You must notify us at least 10 business days before the next scheduled transaction.

Updating your account information

To make any changes to your account or recurring payment information, please login to your account via the Premium Content Portal and ensure the new details are active at least 10 business days before the next scheduled transaction.

If a transaction is refused by your financial institution

If your recurring payment is declined for any reason, including insufficient funds, closed account, or unauthorised account, we will contact you using the details provided when setting up the subscription agreement and making your first payment. This communication will notify you that payment has failed and prompt you to update your details or provide an alternative payment method.
