Transport for London to put solar to work on the Underground
Transport for London, the largest single consumer of electricity in London, is looking for a partner to develop purpose-built solar farms to connect to the London Underground network.
Leeds, Plymouth, Bristol, Stockport, Sheffield and London will receive a share of £5.8 million of funding to develop England’s first-ever heat network zones.
