The government has outlined details of its Automated and Electric Vehicles Bill in the House of Commons, legislation aimed at boosting the uptake of electric vehicles across the UK.
Hundreds of lorries found with emissions cheat devices
Roadside inspectors found 293 lorries fitted with emissions cheat devices at checks carried out across five locations between August and November 2017, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has revealed.
