Poland’s government will be forced to address illegal levels of particulate matter (PM10) pollution or face fines from the European Union, following a court ruling in Luxembourg this morning (22 February).
Lords back environmental safeguards in Brexit Bill
The government’s EU Withdrawal Bill suffered its 15th defeat in the House of Lords last night, as the parliament’s upper chamber voted in favour of adding environmental safeguards to the Bill.
