Birmingham assesses clean air zone impact on businesses
Birmingham city council is gathering data on the movement of freight to-and-from businesses in the centre of the city, as part of ongoing work to weigh up the introduction of a clean air zone.
Proposals to implement a fifth air quality management area (AQMA) — and to amend three existing AQMAs — are to be considered by Ipswich borough councillors at a meeting next week (5 September).
