Global engineering, design and sustainability consultancy Ramboll has announced the appointment of Ann Gordon as Market Director for Transport in the UK and Ireland.
Ann has been with Ramboll for 20 years, most recently working as previously a Project Director in the Transport Project Management Team and Masterplanning Market Lead.
In her new role, Ann will act as an advisor to the company’s clients in the transport sector as their partner for Sustainable Change. As part of this, Ann’s remit will centre on developing holistic, sustainable and resilient transport, with specific focus on further building on Ramboll’s global rail expertise and delivering on major structures and critical infrastructure to support sustainable development across cities, airports, ports and highways.
Commenting on her appointment, Ann said: ‘I’m very excited to be joining Ramboll’s leadership team for transport at such a crucial time and to be supporting the UK and Ireland’s sustainable infrastructure ambitions. I’m also looking forward to driving collaboration across Ramboll to bring holistic, sustainable, and innovative solutions to our clients.
