In Scotland, during September last year, 1,520 people over the age of 16 were questioned about a variety of issues relating to air quality: awareness of air pollution; understanding of the impacts of it; level of concern about it; perceptions of the role that individuals and organisations can play in tackling poor air quality; and perceptions of ultra-low emissions vehicles and public transport in Scotland.
It’s finally across the line but Glasgow City Council were forced to cancel a meeting with the press yesterday as news broke that a local car repair business was launching legal action to prevent the enforcement of the Low Emission Zone today.
