Engineering, research and testing firm HORIBA MIRA has opened an Advanced Emissions Test Centre (AETC) for exhaust emissions testing in ‘real world’ driving conditions.
The French government has suggested that it will ban the sale of petrol or diesel cars by 2040, as part of its long term Climate Plan.
